Celebrity nutritionist Kimberly Snyder's recipe for raw rolled oat cereal fills you up, doesn't contain any sugar, and is made primarily of oat groats—a good-for-you grain that will help you to slim down!
Oats (in their raw form) are one of the most nutritious grains to eat. "They help to fill you up so you won't be reaching for an unhealthy snack mid-morning, are high in fiber, and contain a variety of minerals," explains Kim. Best enjoyed cold, this breakfast is perfect for those mornings when you’re looking for a refreshing alternative to a hot dish. "Oats contain vitamins E and B which provide your body with plenty of antioxidants and help it to process fats," says Kim. "They're also packed full of magnesium, zinc, and calcium, all of which help your body to burn fat, maintain healthy bones, and keep sugar cravings at bay!"

- ½ cup raw organic oat groats soaked overnight and rinsed well (if you can't find oat groats, use steel cut oats instead)
- ½ avocado
- ½ tsp Stevia
- 1 to 2 Tbsp cold filtered water, as needed
