complexion, but we've been experimenting with a DIY mask that uses only
handful of autumn's most notable spices. Cinnamon, nutmeg, and
honey—nope, we're not talking pies, we're talking skin. The mixture of
these ingredients not only smells divine, it acts as an
anti-inflammatory for sudden breakouts. Honey is a well-loved humectant, while cinnamon helps with eczema, acne, and cell turnover (even featured in Kate Somerville's cult-loved ExfoliKate). Enjoy the recipe below, and please save some for the holiday dishes.
